...PATCHY DENSE FOG LINGERS BUT VISIBILITIES WERE IMPROVING...

VISIBILITIES IN THE FOG ACROSS PORTION OF THE AREA WERE IMPROVING
AS OF 9 AM. HOWEVER VISIBILITIES REMAINED BELOW 1/2 MILE IN SOME
LOCATIONS...ESPECIALLY IN THE MISSISSIPPI AND WISCONSIN RIVER
VALLEYS. THE FOG WILL CONTINUE TO LIFT AND DISSIPATE THROUGH 10
AM. IF TRAVELING THIS MORNING...ESPECIALLY THROUGH THE RIVER
VALLEYS...REMAIN ALERT FOR REDUCED AND CHANGING VISIBILITIES DUE
TO THE LINGERING FOG.
