...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING THROUGH NORTHEAST IOWA...

 AT 730 AM...A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING THROUGH
NORTHEAST IOWA. WIND GUSTS AT TIMES HAVE HIT 30 TO 40 MPH AROUND
OELWEIN AND COMMUNITIES SOUTH OF THERE. RAIN HAS BEEN TORRENTIAL AS
WELL.

USE CARE WHEN TRAVELING OR HEADING TO SCHOOL THIS MORNING ACROSS
NORTHEAST IOWA AND NEIGHBORING COUNTIES. BE ALERT THAT WINDS MIGHT
GET GUSTY FOR A PERIOD AND HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL...WITH A LIGHTNING
THREAT. DO NOT REMAIN OUTDOORS IF STORMS APPROACH.
