...RAIN CHANGING TO SNOW WITH GUSTY WINDS EARLY THIS MORNING...

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA EARLY THIS MORNING. RAIN WILL QUICKLY
CHANGE OVER TO SNOW. WET UNTREATED SURFACES WILL QUICKLY FREEZE
AND BECOME SLICK AS SURFACE TEMPERATURES DROP BELOW FREEZING.
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED THIS MORNING.
STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH MAY CREATE AREAS OF
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY BELOW ONE MILE AT
TIMES. TRAVEL MAY BECOME DIFFICULT...INCLUDING DURING THE MORNING
COMMUTE.
