SOME LOCALLY DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE RIDGE TOPS AND
HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND PORTIONS OF
NORTHEAST IOWA. VISIBILITIES COULD BE REDUCED TO A HALF MILE OR
LESS IN PLACES. IF TRAVELING THROUGH THE MID MORNING HOURS...BE
PREPARED FOR REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN THE FOG. LOOK FOR THE FOG TO
LIFT AND BURN OFF BETWEEN 930 AND 1030 AM.
