PATCHY LIGHT SNOW OR FREEZING RAIN IS POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
MORNING...MAINLY SOUTH OF SAINT ANSGAR TO FAYETTE IOWA LINE.
ANY ACCUMULATIONS WOULD BE A TRACE...BUT A TRACE OF FREEZING RAIN
IS ENOUGH TO MAKE UNTREATED ROADS OR THOSE WITHOUT SALT RESIDUE ON
THEM TO BECOME SLIPPERY. IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANY PATCHY LIGHT SNOW OR
FREEZING RAIN...BE ALERT FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF SLIPPERY SPOTS ON
SOME ROADS THIS MORNING.

BY LATE MORNING AND EARLY THIS AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED TO CLIMB INTO THE MID 30S...ALONG WITH SOME SUNSHINE
SPREADING ACROSS THE AREA.
