SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WERE PRODUCING SOME DRIFTING SNOW
IN THE OPEN COUNTRY AREAS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST
IOWA...AND ON THE RIDGE TOPS INTO WESTERN WISCONSIN. SOME OF THIS
DRIFTING SNOW MAY CREATE SLIPPERY SPOTS ON EAST-WEST ROADS EARLY
THIS MORNING. IF TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING...BE ALERT FOR
SUDDEN CHANGES IN ROAD CONDITIONS WHERE THE DRIFTING IS OCCURRING.
