SOME PATCHY DENSE FOG IS POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA...AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN THROUGH THE
MIDDLE PART OF THIS AFTERNOON. VISIBILITY IS MAINLY BETWEEN 1 TO 3
MILES...BUT IN SOME LOCATIONS...PARTICULARLY RIDGE TOPS AND HIGHER
ELEVATIONS...VISIBILITY IS STILL DOWN AROUND A QUARTER OF A MILE.
BE PREPARED FOR THESE LOW CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON IF YOU HAVE
TRAVEL PLANS.
