HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED. 40 TO 50 MPH WINDS HAVE BEEN REPORTED
ACROSS LA CROSSE AND MONROE COUNTIES.  POTENTIALLY STRONGER WINDS
