CENTRAL WISCONSIN AS OF 1130 PM. WITH SURFACE TEMPERATURES A
DEGREE OR TWO ON EITHER SIDE OF FREEZING AND COLD ROADS...RAIN
WILL MIX WITH FREEZING RAIN AT TIMES. THE RESULT WILL BE LIGHT
ICING FOR AREAS NEAR AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 94...WITH SLICK
TRAVEL EXPECTED THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.
