URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...SNOW EXITING THE REGION BY EVENING...

.SNOW CONTINUES TO MAKE STEADY PROGRESS EAST...WITH THE BACK-EDGE
OF THE SNOW EXITING INTO CENTRAL WISCONSIN BETWEEN 4 PM AND 6 PM.
ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE UP TO A HALF INCH.

LAW ENFORCEMENT IN ADAMS AND JUNEAU COUNTIES HAVE REPORTED
SEVERAL ACCIDENTS AND SLIDE OFFS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SNOWY TRAVEL
CONDITIONS. THIS INCLUDED 12 ACCIDENTS IN A 45 MINUTE PERIOD ALONG
INTERSTATE 90 WHICH PROMPTED A BRIEF CLOSURE.

WINTER TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
