...A BRIEF PERIOD OF BITTERLY COLD WINDS THIS MORNING...

.A SHORT PERIOD OF WIND CHILLS IN THE 20 TO 25 BELOW RANGE COULD
OCCUR EARLY THIS MORNING. WINDS HAVE BEEN VERY LIGHT BUT MAY
INCREASE TO AROUND 5 MPH NEAR SUNRISE. THIS WOULD THEN CREATE THE
BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS.

* EXPECT WIND CHILLS TO RANGE BETWEEN 20 AND 25 BELOW ZERO...WITH
  THE COLDEST WIND CHILLS OCCURRING AROUND 7 AM.

* THE COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CAUSE FROSTBITE IN AS LITTLE AS 30
  MINUTES TO EXPOSED SKIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT COLD AIR AND THE WIND WILL
COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA
CAN OCCUR IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT
AND GLOVES.
