.SHERIFFS ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA REPORT PATCHY WHITEOUT
CONDITIONS AND ACCIDENTS EARLY THIS EVENING. THIS IS FROM THE VERY
GUSTY WINDS AND FRESH SNOW. RURAL AREAS WILL BE SEE THE WORST
CONDITIONS. TRAVEL SHOULD BE POSTPONED.

NORTH CENTRAL AND WESTERN WISCONSIN WAS ALSO EXPERIENCING SOME
PATCHY BLIZZARD-LIKE CONDITIONS WHERE BLOWING AND DRIFTING WAS MAKING
TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.

ROADS...PARKING LOTS...AND SIDEWALKS WILL REMAIN ICY AND SNOW
COVERED WITH THE WINDS GUSTING THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL DIMINISH
