URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...ICY ROADS THIS MORNING DUE TO FREEZING DRIZZLE...

.ICY ROADS HAVE BEEN REPORTED ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA...SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN DUE TO FREEZING DRIZZLE THAT HAS
BEEN OCCURRING FOR MUCH OF THE MORNING. A NUMBER OF ROLL OVERS
AND SLIDE OFFS INTO THE DITCH HAVE BEEN REPORTED ALONG WITH ICING
ON WIND SHIELDS. SOME SNOW COULD MIX IN LATER THIS MORNING...BUT
ACCUMULATIONS ARE LOOKING LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO BE MUCH LOWER
THAN PREVIOUSLY FORECAST.

AS THE SNOW COMES TO AN END THIS AFTERNOON...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL
INCREASE WITH GUSTS FROM 30 TO 40 MPH. WITH SNOW LOOKING LESS
LIKELY...ANY IMPACTS FROM BLOWING SNOW ARE LOOKING LESS LIKELY.

* FREEZING DRIZZLE HAS CAUSED SOME ICY CONDITIONS THIS MORNING.
  SOME SNOW COULD DEVELOP LATER THIS MORNING BUT WILL END BY EARLY
  AFTERNOON.

* WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND GUST INTO THE 30 TO 40
  MPH RANGE. LITTLE TO NO SNOW HAS FALLEN AND IS EXPECTED...SO
  CHANCES OF BLOWING SNOW ARE LOOKING LESS LIKELY.

* TOTAL SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS OF AROUND 1 INCH ARE
  FORECAST. A GLAZE OF ICE HAS OCCURRED FROM THE FREEZING
  DRIZZLE.

* SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE DURING THE MORNING
  COMMUTE.
