.THE COMBINATION OF NORTHWEST WINDS AT 5 TO 15 MPH AND COLD
TEMPERATURES WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILL VALUES OF 15 TO 30 BELOW
ZERO THROUGH 9 AM THIS MORNING. IN ADDITION...ACCUMULATING SNOW
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION BEGINNING TONIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO
SUNDAY. THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL DURING THIS TIME LOOKS TO FALL ALONG
AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM DODGE CENTER MINNESOTA TO BOSCOBEL
WISCONSIN.

  AM THIS MORNING.

* ALSO EXPECT SNOW TO DEVELOP INTO LATE EVENING AND THEN DIMINISH
  IN INTENSITY AROUND NOON SUNDAY.
