URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW THIS AFTERNOON...

.NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH WIND GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH
WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA. THESE WINDS WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES LOCALLY REDUCED BELOW A MILE AT TIMES.
THE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE SNOW WILL ALSO PRODUCE SOME SLICK
ROADS IN OPEN AREAS AND ON RIDGE TOPS.

* GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS TO 35 MPH WILL CAUSE AREAS OF BLOWING AND
  DRIFTING SNOW...ESPECIALLY ON RIDGE TOPS AND IN OPEN AREAS.

* PLAN ON SLICK ROADS DUE TO THE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...AND
  OCCASIONALY VERY POOR VISIBILITIES.
