...SNOW DEVELOPING ACROSS THE REGION...

.AREAS OF SNOW HAVE BEGUN TO BLOSSOM ACROSS PORTIONS OF MINNESOTA
AND NORTHERN IOWA THIS EVENING...TRACKING NORTHEAST. THE MAIN BAND
OF SNOW RAN FROM SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA INTO NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.
OTHER SMALL BANDS WERE LOCATED SOUTH OF THERE. THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE
TO BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD...AND ADVANCE ACROSS MORE OF THE LOCAL
AREA LATER TONIGHT.

THE HEAVIEST ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN 3 AND 9 AM
SATURDAY MORNING. 2 TO 4 INCHES WILL FALL...WITH THE HEAVIER
AMOUNTS GENERALLY NORTH OF A DODGE CENTER TO WABASHA MINNESOTA
LINE...TO ALONG AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 10 IN WISCONSIN.

MOST TRAVEL THIS EVENING SHOULD BE UNAFFECTED...BUT ROAD CONDITIONS
WILL DETERIORATE OVERNIGHT. EXPECT SLIPPERY TRAVEL BY SATURDAY
MORNING AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO SAFELY REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
ROAD CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON ON SATURDAY.
