.A COLD FRONT WILL USHER IN STRONG NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO
45 MPH AND SNOW SHOWERS ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA THIS EVENING...CONTINUING INTO MONDAY. THE GUSTY WINDS
OVER A DEEP SNOW PACK ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL FRESH FALLING SNOW
SHOWERS ACCUMULATING TO 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL PRODUCE CONSIDERABLE
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...ESPECIALLY ACROSS RURAL AND OPEN
AREAS. AS A RESULT...OCCASIONAL BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WILL BE SEEN
