...SNOW TO CAUSE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL MONDAY ACROSS SOUTHWEST
WISCONSIN...

.ACCUMULATING SNOW IS EXPECTED MONDAY AND MONDAY EVENING ACROSS
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN. SNOW WILL BEGIN MONDAY MORNING...BUT SHOULD
NOT IMPACT THE MORNING COMMUTE TOO MUCH. HOWEVER...ACCUMULATIONS
OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED BY THE EVENING COMMUTE. WINDS OF 20
TO 30 MPH WILL FURTHER HAMPER TRAVEL AND KEEP ROADS COVERED WITH
SNOW.

EXPECT TRAVEL TO BECOME HAZARDOUS DURING THE DAY MONDAY AS SNOW
ACCUMULATES. THE SNOW WILL SHIFT EAST IN THE LATER EVENING AND
END.

CST MONDAY NIGHT...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM 6 AM MONDAY TO MIDNIGHT CST MONDAY NIGHT.

* EXPECT SNOW TO DEVELOP AROUND 6 AM MONDAY AND THEN DIMINISH
  AROUND MIDNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT.

* THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN NOON AND 6 PM
  MONDAY.

* WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 35 MPH WILL CAUSE PATCHY BLOWING AND
  DRIFTING SNOW...ESPECIALLY ON RIDGE TOPS AND IN OPEN AREAS.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED.

* PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS...INCLUDING DURING THE
  EVENING COMMUTE ON MONDAY. IN ADDITION...SOME REDUCTIONS TO
  VISIBILITY ARE EXPECTED MONDAY.
