BETWEEN ABOUT SUNRISE AND EARLY AFTERNOON. TOTAL ACCUMULATION OF
2 TO 5 INCHES IS EXPECTED...WITH SOME BLOWING SNOW ALSO POSSIBLE
FOR THE TYPICAL OPEN AND WIND-PRONE AREAS THANKS TO SOUTHEAST
