...SNOW TO CAUSE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL MONDAY ACROSS SOUTHWEST
WISCONSIN...

.SNOW WILL START TO MIX WITH RAIN EARLY MONDAY MORNING...CHANGING
OVER TO ALL SNOW BY MID MORNING...AND THEN PERSISTING INTO THE
EVENING. ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED BY THE
EVENING TRAVEL TIME. WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WILL FURTHER HAMPER
TRAVEL AND KEEP ROADS SNOW COVERED.

EXPECT TRAVEL TO BECOME HAZARDOUS DURING THE DAY MONDAY AS SNOW
ACCUMULATES. THE SNOW WILL SHIFT EAST AND END LATER IN THE
EVENING.

  MONDAY...PERSISTING THROUGH THE EVENING.

* THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN NOON AND 6 PM
  MONDAY.

* WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 35 MPH WILL CAUSE PATCHY BLOWING AND
  DRIFTING SNOW...ESPECIALLY ON RIDGE TOPS AND IN OPEN AREAS.
