.WIND CHILLS WILL RANGE FROM -5 TO -20 AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON
THEN BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS OF -20 TO -35 RETURN TONIGHT.

WIND CHILLS WILL QUICKLY FALL BACK INTO THE - 20 TO -30 RANGE
THIS EVENING AS TEMPERATURES HEAD BACK BELOW ZERO. WIND CHILLS BY
LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY MORNING ARE EXPECTED TO BOTTOM OUT
IN THE -20 TO -35 RANGE AS TEMPERATURES DROP TO 12 BELOW TO 22

  EARLY MONDAY MORNING. THE COLDEST WIND CHILLS WILL OCCUR BETWEEN
  5 AND 7 AM MONDAY MORNING.

* THE COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CAUSE FROSTBITE IN AS LITTLE AS 30
  MINUTES TO EXPOSED SKIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT COLD AIR AND THE WIND WILL
COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA
