MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA...

.THE ONSET OF SUNSET HAS ALLOWED WIND GUSTS TO DIMINISH FROM
EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON...WHICH IN TURN HAS HELPED DIMINISH THE
AMOUNT OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. THERE MAY STILL BE LOCALIZED
SPOTS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING...GIVEN THE BRISK WINDS STILL IN
PLACE.
