...ROADS SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS...SNOW PERSISTS...

.SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO FALL OVERNIGHT...MOSTLY FROM THE I-90
CORRIDOR SOUTHWARD. DRY AIR TO THE NORTH WAS INHIBITING THE SNOW/S
NORTHWARD ADVANCEMENT.

ROADS ARE SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY. LAW ENFORCMENT IN SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA ARE NOT RECOMMENDING TRAVEL. WITH
SEVERAL MORE INCHES EXPECTED OVERNIGHT...TRAVEL WILL BECOME
INCREASING HAZARDOUS AS ROAD CONDITIONS FURTHER DETERIORATE.

AMOUNTS FOR NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN WILL RANGE
FROM 4 TO 6 INCHES BY 6 AM...WITH 2 TO 3 INCHES UP TO I-90.

THE SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH SUNDAY...WITH THE BULK OF THE
ACCUMULATIONS ENDING BY NOON. TOTAL AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 10 INCHES ARE
EXPECTED...HIGHEST SOUTH OF A CHARLES CITY IOWA TO LANCASTER
WISCONSIN LINE. AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW MAY ALSO CAUSE
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ON SUNDAY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS OPEN
