.A BAND OF 4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED TO FALL FROM
SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA THROUGH PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND FAR
SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN TONIGHT. A VERY LOCALIZED BAND OF 4 TO 8
INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN FROM FENNIMORE WI THROUGH WAUKON IA...SO
STORM TOTAL SNOWS WILL LIKELY BE HIGHER IN THOSE LOCATIONS.
SNOWFALL RATES WILL BE INTENSE...WITH 1 TO 2 INCHES FALLING PER
HOUR FOR MULTIPLE HOURS THIS EVENING. ROADS WILL QUICKLY...OR HAVE
ALREADY HAVE...BECOME SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS TO DRIVE ON.
THERE WILL BE A SHARP DROP OFF IN SNOW AMOUNTS TO THE NORTHEAST

STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT
MONDAY. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* HEAVY SNOW WILL REDEVELOP TONIGHT BEFORE DIMINISHING MONDAY
  MORNING. SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR ARE EXPECTED
  WITH VISIBILITY DROPPING TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 8 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH SOME
