.WIND CHILLS ACROSS THE AREA AS OF 3 AM WERE MOSTLY IN THE -20 TO
-30 RANGE...EXCEPT IN THE WISCONSIN AND MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEYS
WERE WINDS WERE QUITE LIGHT OR CALM. WIND CHILLS AND TEMPERATURES
IN THESE VALLEY AREAS WERE MOSTLY 10 TO 15 BELOW.

TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO FALL A BIT EARLY THIS MORNING...T0
10 BELOW TO 20 BELOW ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA BY SUNRISE. MOST WIND
CHILLS ARE GOING TO BE IN THE -20 TO -35 RANGE THROUGH SUNRISE...
EXCEPT MORE IN THE -10 TO -20 RANGE IN THE RIVER VALLEYS WHERE THE
WINDS WILL REMAIN VERY LIGHT OR CALM.

AS TEMPERATURE CLIMB TO NEAR AND ABOVE ZERO LATER THIS MORNING
WIND CHILLS ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA WILL MODERATE INTO THE -10 TO
-20 RANGE.
