.NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH WIND GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH
WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA. THIS WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW
WITH VISIBILITIES LOCALLY REDUCED BELOW A MILE AT TIMES. ALSO...
PLAN ON SOME SLICK ROADWAYS IN OPEN AREAS AND ON RIDGE TOPS WHICH
