URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...BITTERLY COLD AIR EXPECTED OVERNIGHT INTO TOMORROW MORNING...

.AS OF 11 PM CST...TEMPERATURES CONTINUE TO FALL AND RANGE FROM
THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA TO THE MID TO UPPER TEENS ACROSS
WESTERN WISCONSIN WHERE SOME CLOUD COVER REMAINS. TEMPERATURES
WILL DROP BELOW ZERO BY TOMORROW MORNING. WHEN COMBINED WITH
NORTHWEST WINDS FROM 10 TO 20 MPH...WIND CHILLS WILL FALL INTO
THE 20 TO 30 BELOW ZERO RANGE TOMORROW MORNING.

CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE SLIGHTLY TOMORROW AFTERNOON BUT REMAIN ON
THE COLD SIDE WITH WIND CHILLS IN THE 10 TO 20 BELOW RANGE.
ANOTHER WIND CHILL ADVISORY WILL BE NEEDED FOR SUNDAY NIGHT AND
MONDAY MORNING WHEN WIND CHILLS AGAIN DROP INTO THE 20 TO
35 BELOW ZERO RANGE.

  TOMORROW MORNING...WITH THE COLDEST WIND CHILLS OCCURRING
  AROUND 8 AM.

* THE COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CAUSE FROSTBITE IN AS LITTLE AS 30
  MINUTES TO EXPOSED SKIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT COLD AIR AND THE WIND WILL
COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA
CAN OCCUR IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT
AND GLOVES.
