* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...In Massachusetts, Barnstable MA, Dukes MA, Eastern
  Plymouth MA, Nantucket MA, Southern Bristol MA, and Southern
  Plymouth MA Counties. In Rhode Island, Bristol RI and Newport RI
  Counties, and Block Island RI.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 2 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
