...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south Texas, including the following
  counties, Duval, La Salle, McMullen and Webb.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 409 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    San Miguel Creek, Guadalupe Creek, Slaughter Creek, Cow
    Creek, Quintania Creek, Lewis Creek, Pertle Creek, Piedra
    Creek, Richardson Creek, Caiman Creek, Clear Creek,
