* WHAT...Visibility of one quarter of a mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Carlton and South St. Louis, Southern Cook,
  and Southern Lake Counties. In Wisconsin, Douglas County. This
  includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band and the Grand
  Portage Reservation.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your low-beam headlights and fog lights,
and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
