...SNOW MOVING INTO CENTRAL IOWA THIS AFTERNOON...

A BAND OF LIGHT SNOW IS MOVING INTO CENTRAL IOWA. ACCUMULATIONS ON
GRASSY AREAS MAY EXCEED ONE INCH IN SOME AREAS THROUGH 6 PM. ROAD
SURFACE TEMPERATURES ARE IN THE UPPER 30S TO LOW 40S AND WILL
HELP KEEP THE ROADS MAINLY WET DURING THE DAYLIGHT HOURS.
ACCUMULATIONS ON ROADWAYS MAY OCCUR AFTER SUNSET WITH SLIPPERY
CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO SWITCH TO LIGHT RAIN
SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80 LATER TODAY.
