...AREAS OF FOG ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH EARLY MORNING...

ABUNDANT LOW LEVEL MOISTURE AND LIGHT SOUTHEAST WINDS ARE CAUSING
FOG TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE REGION. SOME DENSE FOG IS FORMING AS
WELL AND THROUGH THE NIGHT TO SUNRISE THERE MAY BE INTERMITTENT
PERIODS OF DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITY OF ONE QUARTER MILE OVER
PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST IOWA.

PERSONS TRAVELING LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY MORNING SHOULD BE
ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING CONDITIONS...WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR POOR
VISIBILITY AT TIMES. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS IF SIGHT OF VISION IS
LIMITED. ALSO...BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS WHEN APPROACHING
INTERSECTIONS AND RAILROAD CROSSINGS AS VEHICLES AND APPROACHING
TRAINS MAY BE HIDDEN FROM VIEW BY THE FOG.
