A CONVECTIVE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS AND RAIN WILL BE MOVING ACROSS
THE AREA OVERNIGHT. THIS WILL PRODUCE SEVERAL HOURS OF MODERATE TO
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 1.5 INCHES PER
HOUR MAY OCCUR OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS OVER THE REGION. THIS
MAY RESULT IN RAINFALL TOTALS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES BY MORNING ACROSS
THE REGION WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. THOUGH WIDESPREAD
FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED...LOCALIZED URBAN STREET FLOODING
AND RISES IN SMALL STREAMS MAY OCCUR WITH PONDING OF WATER IN
FIELDS AND URBAN AREAS.

IF YOU ENCOUNTER WATER ANY OVER ROADS WHILE DRIVING...TURN AROUND
DONT DROWN. PLEASE RELAY ANY REPORTS OF LOCALIZED STREET FLOODING
