...Quick Hit of Snow Continues this Morning...

A quick hit of light to moderate snow will move over the region
this morning. Though snowfall totals should remain around an inch
or less in most locations...a brief period of heavier snow will
lead to a quick cover of light snow on area roads from now through
the noon hour. This may result in slippery travel and also
reduced visibility to one quarter mile at times.

If traveling this morning over the area...especially over northern
and portions of central Iowa...be prepared for changing weather
conditions and potentially slower travel times. Use caution while
driving today exercise winter driving skills.
