...PATCHY DENSE FOG IS DEVELOPING EARLY THIS MORNING...

PATCHY FOG HAS DEVELOPED OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL IOWA. POCKETS OF
DENSE FOG HAS FORMED OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL
IOWA FROM ESTHERVILLE TO NEAR WEBSTER CITY WHERE VISIBILITY HAS
DROPPED TO NEAR ONE QUARTER MILE. ELSEWHERE...FOG MAY THICKEN OVER
THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS AND ESPECIALLY TOWARD SUNRISE.

PERSONS TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING SHOULD REMAIN CAUTIOUS AND
VIGILANT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITY AND DENSE FOG. IF YOU
ENCOUNTER AREAS OF FOG...SLOW DOWN...USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...
ALLOW EXTRA DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY VEHICLES...AND BE MINDFUL
OF INTERSECTIONS AND RAILROAD CROSSINGS AS VEHICLES AND TRAINS MAY
BE HIDDEN FROM VIEW BECAUSE OF THE LOW VISIBILITY DUE TO THE FOG.
