CITY...

AT 524 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR MANLY TO EAGLE LAKE.
MOVEMENT WAS EAST TO NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. RAINFALL RATES OF AROUND
TWO INCHES AN HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE...WHICH COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED
URBAN FLOODING IN AND AROUND THE MASON CITY AREA AND OTHER LOCATIONS
WITH POOR DRAINAGE.
