NEAR OTTUMWA...MOVING SLOWLY NORTH AROUND 10 MPH. VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM...WITH RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2
INCHES PER HOUR POSSIBLE. HEAVY RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO LOCALIZED
FLOODING WITH SOME PONDING OF WATER IN ROADWAYS AROUND OTTUMWA AND
OTHER SMALLER TOWNS IN THE AREA.
