VISIBILITY TO ONE QUARTER MILE...WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT
SEVERAL HOURS THIS MORNING.

IF TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING AND DENSE FOG IS ENCOUNTERED...
USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND SLOW DOWN TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION
SAFELY. ALSO BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS NEAR INTERSECTIONS AND RAILROAD
CROSSINGS IN AREAS OF DENSE FOG AS ONCOMING TRAINS AND VEHICLES
MAY BE HIDDEN BY THE FOG.
