...Areas of Freezing Drizzle Causing Slick Spots Across Central
Iowa...

An area of freezing drizzle mixed with very light snow will
continue to move through much of central Iowa through 1 am. Road
reports are showing roads becoming completely covered with some
light snow and glaze from the freezing drizzle. Slick spots are
expected and travel could become difficult at times. Please slow
down and leave extra room between you and any vehicle ahead of
you. The area of freezing drizzle is expected to move into the
Des Moines metro area in the next 30 minutes and continue until
around 1 am.

Please continue to monitor road conditions if you have travel
plans tonight.
