...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EASTERN CHARITON AND WEST CENTRAL RANDOLPH
COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 145 AM CDT...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appear capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for central and
north central Missouri.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
Chariton and Randolph counties until 230 am.
