.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds are
forecast to continue to strengthen tonight mainly over the outer
zones. Gale force gusts are also highly probable in the lee of Cape
Mendocino and around Pt St George each afternoon and evening through
Wednesday. Steep northerly waves will steadily build, peaking at 12
to 14 ft in the outer waters today and Wed before winds and seas
decline late in the week.
