.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions are expected for the remainder of the afternoon
and into tomorrow. Patchy fog is possible early Wednesday morning.

Surface winds on Wednesday will be out of the NW early in the
morning but shift to a more north or northeast direction by
mid to late morning. However, speeds will be very light and
generally average 3-5 mph or less. For transport winds,
the direction will be very similar to the surface component.
Transport wind speeds from mid  morning through the early
afternoon will likely a average 5 to 7 mph, but drop off to
less than 5 mph by the late afternoon.
