This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Steady southwest to west winds will increase today, gusting up to
30 mph. Some blowing and drifting snow across roads will be
possible, especially in rural areas. Road temperatures could be
warm enough that some of the blowing and drifting snow will melt
and refreeze, causing scattered slippery spots. Be prepared for
rapidly changing road conditions. Slippery conditions could
continue after sunset.

A clipper system moving near the International border Wednesday
night into Thursday morning may bring some mixed wintry
precipitation to the northern parts of the area, particularly
northern Minnesota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Light snow will be possible across the far southern Red River
Valley Sunday and Monday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated.
