AREAS OF SNOW...RAIN...SLEET AND FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL BE POSSIBLE
ACROSS THE REGION TODAY. PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO END DURING
THE MORNING IN NORTH DAKOTA...AND THEN END DURING THE AFTERNOON OR
EARLY EVENING HOURS IN NORTHWEST AND WEST-CENTRAL MINNESOTA.

FLOWS IN SOME AREA RIVERS HAVE INCREASED DUE TO THE RECENT
RAINFALL. FLOWS ON SOME RIVERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ELEVATED FOR
THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.

SOME AREAS WILL SEE TEMPERATURES CLOSE TO FREEZING THIS MORNING.
HOWEVER...A WIDESPREAD FREEZE IS EXPECTED TONIGHT.
