SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA. THIS BAND WILL MOVE EAST AT 40 MPH THROUGH
1130 AM CST THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES MAY DROP TO ONE HALF MILE IN
THE HEAVIEST PART OF THE BAND. MOTORISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO MONITOR
ROAD CONDITIONS.
