ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH 6 PM. VISIBILITIES ARE LIMITED TO ONE-HALF
MILE IN THE HEAVIEST SNOW SHOWERS. LITTLE OR NO SNOW ACCUMULATION
EXPECTED FROM THESE SHOWERS. ALSO...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS ARE
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO PRODUCE GUSTS TO 45 MPH IN THE NORTHERN
