  RIVER BASINS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE TONIGHT.

* WINDS...NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE OVERNIGHT.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES IN FALLING AND
  BLOWING SNOW TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...15 TO 20 BELOW LATE TONIGHT.
