THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR FREEZING DRIZZLE TODAY AND TONIGHT BECOMING
LIGHT SNOW LATER TONIGHT...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST
TUESDAY.

* TIMING...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A LIGHT COATING OF ICE ON EXPOSED SURFACES
  AND UNTREATED ROADS DUE TO FREEZING DRIZZLE TODAY INTO TONIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO AN INCH...BEGINNING LATER TONIGHT.

* VISIBILITIES...TYPICALLY 1 TO 3 MILES...BUT PATCHY DENSE FOG AT
  TIMES.

* OTHER IMPACTS...AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL RESULT IN SLICK
  ROADS AND HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY ON SECONDARY
  AND UNTREATED ROADWAYS. THE TEMPERATURE MAY APPROACH THE
  FREEZING MARK TODAY WITH SURFACES MORE WET THAN ICY...BUT THIS
  WILL BE SHORT LIVED IF IT DOES OCCUR.
