CHILL ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON
CST FRIDAY.

* LOCATIONS...NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA

* TIMING...COLD AIR WILL SINK SOUTH ALONG WITH A NORTH WIND OF 10
  TO 20 MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO MIDDAY FRIDAY.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...25 BELOW TO 35 BELOW.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
