.A RELATIVELY NARROW BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL FALL FROM
PORTIONS OF THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN INTO THE NORTHERN RED RIVER
VALLEY LATE THIS MORNING INTO MID AFTERNOON. TOTAL SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER
AMOUNTS UP TO 6 INCHES POSSIBLE. THE HEAVIER SNOW AXIS WILL RUN
FROM CANDO TO PETERSBURG TO FOSSTON.

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...THROUGH MID AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITIES...REDUCED TO A HALF MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS TO 6 INCHES.

* OTHER IMPACTS...COMPACTED SNOW ON ROADWAYS WILL MAKE TRAVEL
  HAZARDOUS.
