WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON
CDT TODAY.

* WINDS...30 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES IN OPEN COUNTRY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW WILL END AROUND 10 AM.
