* TIMING...EXPECT A WINTRY MIX TO DEVELOP AROUND 3 PM AND THEN
  DIMINISH AROUND 6 PM TUESDAY.

* PRECIPITATION RATES...THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR
  BETWEEN 6 PM THIS EVENING AND 6 AM TUESDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 10 INCHES
  ARE EXPECTED.
